The staff is awesome, the location is great, it's quiet, and most importantly, we feel safe here. Recently a package storage unit was put in for the security of our packages & we were so happy because packages get stolen occasionally & we saw a UPS driver who had a knee injury, hauling a heavy package up the stairs. Since deliveries have gone up tremendously because we've all been at home, delivery drivers are expected to do a lot more. Bravo Allegro!!

Stopped by for a showing and Yvette was extremely attentive and effective at communicating apartment amenities and availability while also dealing with current residents. Although the apartments aren’t the best fit for me, I was extremely impressed with Yvette and would recommend checking the place out!

Had a great experience while living in apartment complex.

As a single military member, moving late notice to a new state, by myself, finding a place to live was daunting. I was so fortunate to have stumbled across Ms Yvette at Allegro at Tanoan during my search for a couple reasons. I received my orders 2 weeks after my RNLTD, timelines got moved around, and the current COVID-19 situation wasn’t making moving any easier. Hurry up and wait was in full effect. Despite those challenges, Ms Yvette and her team worked with me, changing paperwork to reflect the multiple changes in projected arrival dates with no hassle at all. She has been incredibly kind and supportive throughout the entire experience and even went so far as to walk me through the virtual tours over the phone as we talked about what I was looking for and what Allegro at Tanoan could offer. I moved into the 2 bed2bath this Saturday and I love the apartment. It has the space I need for this upcoming year of training for my own office/workout space with an open patio for relaxing. In addition, the entire neighborhood is heartwarmingly friendly. Upon moving in, neighbors going on walks would say hello and welcome me to the neighborhood (from a safe six feet away of course) and this only cemented my certainty in my choice to live in here. I plan to explore the nearby trails and and area when my 14 day quarantine comes to an end as there is a lot to do in this area of town! Thank you Ms Yvette and the others that helped me with the moving in process!

Got helped by D'Nessa in the office, she was the nicest person I've ever met in Albuquerque! She answered all my questions are took her time to address all of my concerns so when come back to Albuquerque in August I know where I'll be living !

Working with Yvette has been a pleasure. She has been extremely helpful in taking care of any and all issues I’ve experienced here at Allegro at Tanoan. She really takes the time in making sure that the families here are taken care of and that to me is an important factor when deciding where to live.
