The maintenance crew do a superb job. The whole crew is a class act. We were really happy with every maintenance request they fulfilled for us. James is the leader of the maintenance crew, and he is the nicest person. Such a good guy. He really cares and so does Richard, and all of the maintenance crew does too. High fives to them all around. The management changed while we were there...and honestly at first I was hard on the new manager Reina. I'd felt frustrated with the previous management and just kinda jaded from that...but I have to say, Reina is doing a great job. She takes her job seriously, and is a task master. When she came on board we noticed a big improvement compared to the previous managers. So I have to hand it to her for coming into a situation where people may have been bitter about some of the old managers' ways, and keeping her chin up and just making sure to give residents the best service possible. Our apartment was beautiful. We had vaulted ceilings, a huge deck, and the best view of Sandia Mountains. Our neighbors were really nice, and the whole community is welcoming, friendly, and seem like good people all around. The gym has great equipment too! One last thing, the area of Allegro is absolutely where you want to live. It's very nice, and the access to hiking within 5 minutes, is something else. There are so many beautiful hiking trails very close by. Also, it's a nice area, well groomed, beautiful houses, green grass everywhere, pretty trees and flowers, and again, the views of the Sandia Mountains so close by are really breathtaking.

Very nice grounds! Love this area of town too. They could work on customer service, but they were kind most of the time.

The staff is always nice.

I recently had a severe plumbing incident and had to call for emergency help on a Sunday. James was here to help me within 20 minutes and spent several hours fixing the issue, calling in carpet people who removed affected carpet. Carpet people were here on Monday and came to replace it on Thursday. Ann in the front office helped me deal with all the issues with the carpet layers. My thanks to the staff for making a difficult situation so much easier.

We moved in here about 2 weeks ago and I was amazed at how quiet it was and how beautiful the apartment and the property was. The residents here have been so friendly. Every time I am out walking my dog people smile and say hello. Reina and Ann in the office made it very easy to get moved in and were on top of any items that we needed resolved. James and Gary in maintenance were on the ball and did phenomenal work and James won my dogs heart over too. All in all a great first 2 weeks and experience.

The apartments are very beautiful and comfortable. Any maintenance issues we experienced and reported were handle completely the next day. The staff in the main office is competent, reliable and friendly. Only reason I moved was I am unable to afford rent living on a substitute teachers salary. However, I truly have plans on moving back to the apartments once I'm financially able.

I just want to acknowledge that the water puddle problem outside my front door was corrected about 3wks ago and has been dry ever since. Also the scraping of the front door was greatly reduced and barely noticeable now. Thankyou so much James for attending to these issues. Now it is just pure enjoyment living in this beautiful place so close to the mountains. And so much birdsong daily!
