We just moved into our new apartment and everything has been great so far! The move-in process was super smooth and way less stressful than we expected, which we really appreciated.
Big thanks to Michaelâhe was so helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before move-in day. And a huge shoutout to Johana for being so kind and welcoming. Both of them made us feel right at home from the start.
Weâre loving the community already and are excited to settle in. Thanks again to the whole team for making the transition so easy!
Property is kept up with, definitely a great location. I had the pleasure to work with Dima.
Went in there this weekend with my boyfriend, Dima was our tour guide, very friendly and imoformative toured a couple of the units, the views were spectacular beautiful property surrounded by wild life, I saw a roadrunner for the fist time. Definitely a lot of competition in the area but the staff really made it a good experience.
Timely response to my maintenance requests and problems fixed.

Completely satisfied with our stay here the past year. We would of renewed our lease but my company relocated me to Oregon. Ken the maintenance tech would of been the main reason if we renewed. He was very customer service oriented, friendly and quick to fix anything.
The complex itself is decent, pretty location, but Ken in Maintenance is absolutely the greatest part of this place. He is always quick to respond and thorough with this work. Every experience with him has been great
I put in my request for a smoke detector battery changing. The task was completed on the same day! I am a happy resident!!!
