Ann is always welcoming and helpful. She gets things that are within her control done quickly. She always makes time and watches out for the residents. With all the changes in personnel over the years she is the one constant.
Michael is new to the complex, but he is always polite and responsive when we call. Recently he has been known to help with maintenance issues, because there is constant change over in the maintenance department.
Maintenance was prompt. David was very polite and pleasant. He fixed everything. Couldnât have asked for a better place!
David the maintenance supervisor solved any problem we had quickly and professionally.
Kudos to Michael. I came to the office to request maintenance to fix my front door lock and he did it for me within a couple of hours that day. Outstanding!
Ann was a delight to work with had a unit available to view and move into within 3 days. Process for application was easy and quick. Viewed apartments where beautiful, clean and very big
I did not end up choosing Allegro, but the tour of the property that Michael did for us was probably one of the best apartment complex tours I've ever had! The property and units appeared to be well maintained and quite nice, and the staff of course seemed amazing. It was a very tough decision not to pick them, and I may end up regretting not leasing with them.
Life is grand at Allegro at Tanoan apartments! Ann, as well as, the entire management team was great settling me into my new home. The apartment itself is in excellent shape, and if there were any concerns, they have been addressed in a timely manner. I love the walking trail behind which is also a great Albuquerque sunset!
Allegro is such a beautiful property to live at, my apartment is stunning and has a beautiful view. My family is excited to be living at Allegro. The team was great they made my move in and quick and fast.
My son has not technically moved in yet (3 days) so my review is mostly about Ann Trumbo.
We noticed during our time there that Ann greeted every resident that came in to the office by name and clearly had a genuine desire to connect with each of them personally; this was displayed through the multiple conversations we were able to observe as various tenants came in. She was very thorough, answered all of our questions and listened to my son as he explained to her his âwants.â
Because of Annâs efforts and having a genuine desire to please the tenants my son decided to lease his apt from Allegro at Tanoan.
Ann was wonderful with us! She was super informative, friendly, and funny. She answered all of our questions and reassured us throughout the entire process. Thank you for being so wonderful, Ann!
