Allegro is such a beautiful property to live at, my apartment is stunning and has a beautiful view. My family is excited to be living at Allegro. The team was great they made my move in and quick and fast.
My son has not technically moved in yet (3 days) so my review is mostly about Ann Trumbo.
We noticed during our time there that Ann greeted every resident that came in to the office by name and clearly had a genuine desire to connect with each of them personally; this was displayed through the multiple conversations we were able to observe as various tenants came in. She was very thorough, answered all of our questions and listened to my son as he explained to her his âwants.â
Because of Annâs efforts and having a genuine desire to please the tenants my son decided to lease his apt from Allegro at Tanoan.
Ann was wonderful with us! She was super informative, friendly, and funny. She answered all of our questions and reassured us throughout the entire process. Thank you for being so wonderful, Ann!
Had a very easy and pleasant time applying for an apartment here with Ann Trumbo. Looking forward to moving in!
Fantastic complex and amazing customer service. Moved in about 2 months ago and the whole process was seamless. Ann at the front desk is a gem and makes sure you're taken care of.

We could not have had a better experience at Allegro. The apartment we chose was well maintained. We loved the front patio in our ground floor apartment. We enjoyed the big trees and grass. We appreciated the speed with which any maintenance we needed was quickly dealt with. Ann at the front desk was the reason we rented this apartment. She went out of her way to continue her kindness in any and all contacts we had with her.
Really terrific management and maintenance. Apartments are clean and well-kept, even if appliances and such are beginning to age. Great part of town.
