Best community in Albuquerque, the residents and staff are very friendly. Maintenance is great and always on time.
I enjoy living here - it is nice and quiet, love to be able to walk to Albertson's, Starbucks, and yoga. The outside patios/decks are nice sized as is my apartment. The staff has always been very professional and helpful, and are very quick to respond to any needs. They seem to sincerely care about keeping the complex nice and safe for all to enjoy . Do share some concerns about the new management company and as always there are changes when things change hands.

Moved in several month ago, no issues so far, maintainace tickets are always completed quickly, staff is friendly (Vince at the front office is always a pleasure to work with). Safety was one of the main reasons I picked Allegro and so far itâs been good. Honestly I looked at a lot of properties in the NE and West side and this was one of the best values.
A few notes, they recently changed owner/management so letâs hope the quality doesnât suffer. Also if management is reading g, it would be nice if the online rent payment system was better and free. It kind of sucks to have to pay in order to automatically pay rent online. Again all things I can live with and no place is perfect.
I lovery to be here. A great place to live!
