The young lady in the front office name JillMarie has truly been a blessing. She assisted me and my family with a tremendous amount of information about the Allegro At Tanoan apartments AND helped me with nearby schools for our teenager. I had several questions and JillMarie always got back with me and was sooo pleasant each time we spoke. She makes you feel comfortable and secure in your decision to live at the apartment complex. JillMarie made our move to New Mexico smooth..(can’t thank you enough 🤩) I have also been assisted by Brian that works in the front office. Brian is always cheerful and professional when answering questions and calls. He is also willing to go the extra mile to help. I appreciate you both for your outstanding customer service!!! Loved our apartment. It was beautiful and comfortable. No complaints or any loud neighbors. Very friendly staff that we're helpful.

Best community in Albuquerque, the residents and staff are very friendly. Maintenance is great and always on time.

I enjoy living here - it is nice and quiet, love to be able to walk to Albertson's, Starbucks, and yoga. The outside patios/decks are nice sized as is my apartment. The staff has always been very professional and helpful, and are very quick to respond to any needs. They seem to sincerely care about keeping the complex nice and safe for all to enjoy . Do share some concerns about the new management company and as always there are changes when things change hands.
