Lived here for two years and had a great experience. Ann at the front office was always very helpful anytime we needed anything!
Very beautiful place and quiet area. Apartment itself had everything I desired. On top of that the staff is amazing! Ann makes everyone feel welcomed, and goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are happy.

The Community Manager Johana Ramirez is an amazing employee. On a particular busy day while being understaffed, she took extra time to assist me with a smile on her face. It's rare to see someone nowadays go out of their way to make a person's day better. I can't thank her enough for assisting me with the parcel lockers and important packages I needed access to. Thank you Johana!
Ann Trumbo is a god send! And the reason my family are resigning our lease thank you Ann and Randy and James you all are Amazing!
One of the best places to rent in Albuquerque. Great location and wonderful staff. Ann is super helpful and maintenance and support team is very prompt and friendly.
A Wonderful Home
What a great place to live and call home, the people/staff are so nice and the area is absolutely beautiful. We had lots of questions before move in, & Ann the manager was very helpful and quick to meet all our needs. I definitely recommend!
Staff
I went to office with questions. She took care of my concern and let me know it was resolved. She is the BEST, always showing concern for residents. She takes the time to get to know us and make us feel at home at Allegro. And, she takes care of business. She gets things done.
Ann is the most wonderful employee at this apartment. She is always helpful, on top of everything, and will go to great lengths to make sure that everyone is taking care of. Promote her to manager!!
Ann Trumbo is amazing
The staff at allegro at Tanoan is amazing and I want to specifically Thank Ann Trumbo for the most amazing tour. My employees and I toured the location in January and Ann was simply amazing. You can tell she really cares about helping people and takes her job seriously. We have toured other apartments and her presentation and customer service exceed anything we received anywhere else in the state. The location was great, but the Ann was unforgettable. thanks for the amazing tour and look forward to working with you in the future.
